Prudence - Young Amish Woman 

In the Amish spirit of plain dressing Prudence is wearing bloomers and petticoat under a long sleeved dress, covered with a bibed full apron. Her hair, which has never been cut, is pulled to the back in a bun and covered with the traditional Amish black outer hat as she is not married. Keeping with tradition, Prudence has no face.

Joy has gone right over the top and trimmed her Christmas outfit with all the lace, buttons and beads she could find in her treasure boxes. Starting very demurely she made herself a lovely cream bodice and started on a cream skirt adding borders and layers of reds and lace finishing with very loud bloomers, candy striped legs and bright red shoes.
