Penelope, a fashion model, has been asked to model a new range of hats and scarves for the winter season. She is dressed here ready for her first show in delightful shades of white with splashes of red. Notice her high heals in matching red tones.

In this design you will create a number of accessories including the hat, stole, hat pin, high heal shoes and other items. Of course you can always add your own.
