Special Note regarding shrinkie fabric

To make this bag you will need a specialist fabric that I call 'shrinkie'. You put it on the back of your selected fabric and use an iron to shrink it creating the rouched effect. If you have trouble finding it just email me and I can put you in touch with a retailer who stocks it. All other tems should be available at your local fabric store.
